I can also make my cakes look fancier for weddings or parties!

About Me
My name is Vicky, and I am Madame V of Madame V's Delicacies
My passion for all things pastry started with my grandma when I was 6 years old. We would make chocolate chip cookies, or chocolate cake, or banana bread (with chocolate chips of course). What can I say, I love chocolate! She sparked my love to make things for myself, and especially for others! It continued in high school when I was able to take home ec and more cooking classes as my electives, and ultimately led me to culinary school for college. I went through a program for Professional Pastry Arts to hone my skills and learn some new ones! I now have a Cottage License and a Food Handler License as well as my years of experience to be able to share some sweetness with others!
